Since the $110-million acquisition of the 4ha site in 2023, Artemus Group—co-founded by Flaskas and Paul Henry, with Luke Fraser as chief executive—has moved quickly and quietly.

It is the latest chapter in a precinct empire built on a castaway story and a drive to create Australia’s premium craft beer brand—ideas behind Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane and now Manly Wharf.
