Melbourne developer Above Zero has won approval for its eight-apartment Stonnington project, Kooyong Gardens. 

The four-storey Cera Stribley-designed project features a crowning bronze metal-detailed mansard roof, an ode to nearby Kooyong Stadium, nestled in one of Melbourne’s most suburbs. 

The eight apartments all feature north-facing aspects over the neighbouring parklands, which inspired the project’s identity as Kooyong Gardens.
